The Underground Forest

Chapter 1: Anger Management

As I threw the last pink pillow on my bed, my brother, Ryan, pulled the covers off, jumped on the bed, and switched on the TV.

“Hey, what was that for?!” I yelled, anger filling my body.

“Be quiet, you little pipsqueak!” Ryan commanded, like he was boss of the house, even though he knows he’s not.

“Mom, Ryan’s acting like a jerk again!” I managed to yell from 3 flights upstairs. I live in a real mansion and go to MPS (Monopoiles Private School). My dad makes $400,000,000 working as a marine biologist in California.

“Alright, I’ll be right up after I get us a reservation at Vaccarro.” My mom, Linda, yelled upstairs while still on the phone.

After mom came upstairs and saw that Ryan had locked me in my own closet, she said “Okay, everyone in the car, now.”

“Wait, where are we going?” I asked, my mom opening the door for me.

“Just get in the car and do as I say!!!” Mom yelled as we entered our yellow 4 car garage. Little did I know that we were going to get everything fixed and that my life would change forever.
